What to include

• The company and role name.
• What GradWatch displayed and what looked wrong.
• The page or feature you were using.
• A screenshot if it helps, with personal details removed.

Common checks

For email problems, check Preferences for the latest delivery status and look in spam. For a role problem, open the employer link and confirm its current status on the official page.
